Lipasen spalten Tri- und Diglyceride in Glycerin und Fettsäuren und werden vom exokrinen Pankreas synthetisiert und freigesetzt. In geringen Konzentrationen kommen Lipasen auch in der Leber, der Niere und im Gastrointestinaltrakt vor. Bei akuter Pankreatitis steigt die Lipasekonzentration im Blut bereits nach 4-8 h an und bleiben bis zu 8-14 Tage lang erhöht.

1 ml Punktat. Lagerstabilität bei Raumtemperatur ein Tag, bei 2-8°C eine Woche und bei -20°C ein Jahr.
